Management:

Uwe Blüher, real estate agent, born in 1955, has been engaged in leasing and sales of real estate in Munich for 17 years. He spent his first years with broker enterprise Jones Lang Wootton, today Jones Lang LaSalle. For the former administrative company of the real estate fund of Deutsche Grundbesitz Invest, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, he was successfully in charge for a large-scale project at Munich Airport for two years. Subsequently he opened his own office and operated it successfully. From 2003 to 2007 he was active in the Colliers group with large-scale leasing starting from 2.000 m² as well as in sales. Since 2007, together with his team, he endeavors to put all his know-how in the development of Questim to make it a professional real estate portal. His numerous contacts in Germany and abroad can be of great use to speed up the process: “We’re striving to set a course concerning transparency and presentation of real estate”.

Claas Blüher and Robert Siegmund are both graduates in communications design. Together they are operating REVORM, a design agency with offices in Hamburg and Munich. They received several international honors for their solutions in the field of corporate design and web design, amongst others the red dot award from Designzentrum Nordrhein-Westfalen and the iF-Award from Industrial Forum Hanover for excellency in navigation and user interface design. Claas Blüher was born 1977, Robert Siegmund was born in 1981. They are both are living in Hamburg, Germany, and members of the Type Directors Club, New York.
